Our vacation in Lucca is quickly coming to a close – only 4 more days. È un peccato . (It's a shame.)  We are trying not to think about it.  Oggi- Today is another beautiful day – We can't take the sun and blue sky again – just kidding.

Abbiamo incontrato Sandy per il pranzo. Siamo tornati al ristorante Allosteria. (We met Sandy for lunch. We returned to the restaurant Allosteria.).  Another outstanding meal. What a restaurant!

Back to our apartment for a break and then off to dinner. It is an eating day- wait a minute isn't everyday an eating day in Italy?  YES! We can cut back when we get home.

Ci siamo incontrati con Marshall per la cena. (We met Marshall for dinner.)  Another couple Marshall had met joined us. They are Americans but live in Oman - John and Judy. First we had drinks at an outside café (7- 8:30).  Then to dinner (8:30 – 12:30!) Siamo andati al restaurant La Buca di Sant'Antonio .  Food was excellent and a good time was had by all - one picture shows all the empty glasses.
