The basket arrived at 8:00am. Just love it. We decided to go to the Mémorial des martyrs de la Déportation. (Martyrs Memorial of Deportation) which was closed yesterday.

200,000 were deported to camps during www2. This memorial is for all those lost people. Very moving and again it shows how cruel man can be against man.

Went to Rue Saint Antoine which is one of our favorite streets with variety of shops. Made reservation at a restaurant. Dow bought a hat to match her scarf. The street has a paté shop there to die for. We bought a couple of different pâtés and will visit the shop again. Too bad we cannot bring the pâtés home.

We ate at Le Temps des Cerises.
