Buongiorno,

Bel tempo a Lucca. (Beautiful weather in Lucca). Abbiamo camminato le mura. (We walked the wall.) One area is partly blocked off for the “Stones” concert where they are setting up bleacher seats.  There are security cameras in the trees. We then left the wall to go outside and see the setup there. There is a lot of work going on. We will check later in the week as they have one week until the concert.

I have been trying to order our new apple watches. The website was cramped but, applied and after 4 hours they were ordered. Delivery in the middle of October – not too bad.

Abbiamo comprato una torta di limone. (We bought a lemon cake.) I have been craving something sweet. I have it all to myself because Dow doesn't like sweets –advantage Roberto.  We also bought some pizzettes (little pizzas).  

Since dinner is out tonight we are making and eating sandwiches on the wall. Naturally it clouded over and started to rain but it stopped in time.

Rain again as we ate at Da Pasquale, our favorite restaurant in Lucca. As usual everything was first class.
