Buongiorno da Lucca


Il sole è brillante e il cielo è molto blu. (The sun is brilliant and sky is very blue.) La martina abbiamo lavorato sul sito web e abbiamo mangiato una piccola colazione poi siamo andati al corso di cucina.(In the morning we worked on the website and we ate a little breakfast then went to the cooking class.


We attended Extra Virgin Cooking Class 2 years ago and we were delighted. Last year we were late signing up and the classes were full. This year we signed up well in advance and got in.


The class starts by visiting some stores for supplies and then back to Giuseppe's apartment, which is beautiful, with a well-stocked kitchen. Maximum of 8 in a class so all your questions can be answered and it is hands on. Everyone has his/her own station with plenty of room. Giuseppe's personality makes the class fun, interesting and informative. After everyone participates in cooking the meal you sit down in a charming dining room to eat your creations. Wines are included. You take home an apron, certificate, and recipe booklet. È un ottimo modo per trascorrere una giornata a Lucca! (It's a great way to spend a day in Lucca!)


La sera abbiamo avuto salumi, pane, formaggio e vino nel patio (In the evening we had cold cuts, bread, cheese e wine on the patio)
