Abbiamo camminato le mura questa mattina poi abbiamo mangiato all'Osteria Rosolo. (Walked the wall this morning then ate at all'Osteria Rosolo.) Another great meal! If this sounds like a broken record- well, the food is so good here. We said goodbye to our favorite waiter and that was sad.

Walked around the inside of the walls and did some window-shopping.

We met Katia and Andrea for a drink to say goodbye. It was her birthday so we gave her a gift – chocolates – her favorite. It is tough to say goodbye and see you next year.

Then we went to Da Pasquale also to say goodbye and get his picture. He opened a bottle of wine and gave us some caponata. We just came to say goodbye and now we are eating and drinking. Lui è molto generoso. (He is very generous.)

Reflecting on our day - it was a sad day but also a happy day as we have made some friends here.

Ci piaccciono nostri amici tanto, tanto (We like our friends so much.)
